Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with your first subscription payment, email us within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, and for renewals, cancel from the Account page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and no further payments are taken.

Where the service was unavailable for a substantial part of a billing period, we will refund or credit that period on request.

Advanced question packs

Packs are refundable within 14 days if none of the questions have been used. Once used, they are not refundable.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
